Looking in a book to learn calligraphy is OK but watching how the strokes are done I find to be superior. I also have his Italic Calligraphy app and love it too. I look forward to the Capital letters being added in the future.
Better than a book. You can see what stroke is used first and the handling of the pen & all the intricacies that a book fails to accentuate. This delivers, highly recommended.
In many calligraphy tutorials there are descriptions and depictions of the lettering. But in this app there is a video that stroke by stroke guides calligraphers nibs in lettering excellence. All the best in your calligraphy. Paul
